Details about purchasing a 0.32 NPB pistol

Step 1
If you are purchasing a pistol for the first time, you must register as a new user first. Your PAN will be your login ID, and you can choose your password. After successful registration, log in with your PAN and chosen password. You will then be prompted to change your password (this will be your final password). Use your PAN and final password for all future logins. Register as a new user
Step 2
To receive your pistol sooner, you are encouraged to deposit the full purchase amount (). However, you can book a pistol by depositing a minimum of ₹25,000. You must deposit your booking amount at least 2 working days before placing the order. To place your order: Log in to your profile with your PAN and final password and click the 'Place your order' link on the right side. You will be redirected to a page where you must fill in all required details. After successful entry, you will be redirected to the payment page. Enter the SBI Collect Reference No. or NEFT UTR Number and the exact booking amount deposited. If your payment information is verified, your registration number will be generated. If verification fails, please try reapplying after one working day.
Step 3
After obtaining the registration number, you need to send the self-signed application form along with other required documents (as mentioned in the form). To print the form, click the 'PRINT' menu item and print the application. Fill in any blank columns, make necessary corrections (if any), sign it, and send it with the other documents to: Marketing Cell, Gun & Shell Factory, Cossipore, Kolkata - 700002.
Step 4
Your order will be approved after receipt and satisfactory verification of your documents. After approval, you must pay any remaining balance. Payment via SBI Collect is recommended, but NEFT is also accepted. (). After making the payment and receiving a valid SBI Collect Reference No. or NEFT UTR Number, log in to your profile. Click the 'Pay Online' menu item and enter the exact Reference/UTR Number and the amount paid.
Step 5
A Call Letter will be issued after the full payment is received. Check the dates on your Call Letter and report to the factory on the specified reporting date. Bring all documents mentioned in the Call Letter. Before coming for collection, check the 'Pay Online' menu to ensure no balance payment is due. If a balance is due, follow the payment process outlined in Step 4. Important: Even with a valid Call Letter, the pistol will not be issued if your payment is incomplete or if you do not bring all required valid documents. Please do not come to the factory for collection before your scheduled reporting date.

You can cancel your order anytime before the invoice is generated by clicking the 'Cancel Order' menu item. Cancellation charges are as follows:

Customers are requested to check their profile regularly (at least once a week and especially before coming for pistol collection). The 'Track your order' and 'Print' menus should be checked frequently for order status updates and to print correspondence from the Marketing Cell.
Customers are requested not to disclose their Login ID and password to any third party. It is recommended to change your password monthly.
Customers are advised to avoid intermediaries (touts) and manage all application activities themselves. Do not hand over money or important documents to unknown individuals.

SBI Collect offers pistol customers a faster and safer payment transaction process.
Log in to your profile using your PAN and password. Click the 'SBI COLLECT PAYMENT' menu item. Note your GSF Reference Number and proceed with the payment by clicking the 'PAY THROUGH SBI COLLECT' button.
After successfully obtaining an SBI Collect Reference Number, please wait at least 2 working days before placing your pistol order (via the 'Place Order' menu) or recording any other payments (via the 'Pay Online' menu).
For payment-related disputes via SBI Collect (e.g., failed transactions), please do not contact Gun and Shell Factory directly.
