Content Archival Policy (CAP)
All circulars and notices are archived according to the following policy:
- Retention Period: Circulars are retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of publication.
- Access: Archived circulars remain accessible to the public through this portal.
- Disposal: After the retention period, circulars may be disposed of in accordance with government records management policies.

- Active: Current circulars and notices (0-2 years)
- Recent Archive: Recently archived circulars (2-5 years)
- Historical Archive: Older circulars (5+ years)
Legal Basis: This policy is based on the Public Records Act and government guidelines for document retention.
